Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor delivered the first batch of 80 pure electric heavy trucks, launching a new green logistics channel between China and Vietnam

On September 8, the Chongzuo Letuan Port New Energy Heavy Truck Route Launch Meeting with the theme of "Jointly Building a Heavy Truck Supercharging Ecosystem and seizing opportunities in all-electric logistics for mutual benefit" was grandly held in Chongzuo, Guangxi. As a supplier of new energy transportation vehicles, Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor officially delivered 80 Chenglong H5 pure electric tractors to Chongzuo Urban Construction Group, injecting strong impetus into opening up the "road-water intermodal transport" between China and Vietnam and opening a new chapter in the green transformation of logistics in southwest Guangxi.

In this project, Chongzuo Urban Construction Group actively responded to the national "double carbon" goal and the "One Belt, One Road" initiative, relying on the location advantages of Chongzuo Letuan Port, opened up the "Guangdong-Chongzuo-Vietnam" water export channel, and linked Qinzhou Port realizes river-sea intermodal transportation of bulk materials. Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor works closely with partners such as Chongzuo Communications Investment and Chongzuo Urban Construction Logistics under Chongzuo Urban Construction Group, and combines Huawei's supercharging technology to build an all-electric logistics system of "new energy heavy truck + supercharging network + multimodal transport".

The first batch of 80 Chenglong H5 pure electric heavy-duty trucks delivered by Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor are equipped with large-capacity CATL batteries and Huawei supercharging piles. They can be fully charged to 400 kilowatt-hours in 15 minutes, and the range under standard load can easily exceed 300 kilometers, effectively solving the pain points of "slow charging and short battery life" of new energy heavy-duty trucks.

At the same time, the vehicle also has the advantages of low energy consumption, high load capacity, intelligent safety, etc., and can fully adapt to short-distance transfer and cross-regional distribution scenarios of bulk materials, providing a solid guarantee for improving project logistics efficiency and reducing costs.

The launch of the new energy heavy truck route at Chongzuo Letuan Port marks a new milestone in the cooperation between Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor and Chongzuo in the logistics field, and also marks a new chapter of jointly exploring a new model of "green logistics + cross-border trade".
